The Family Snow Globe ❄️🎄 $135 | 90 Minutes The best Christmas memories are made when we slow down and enjoy being together! Bring your family into The Christmas Snow Globe at Russell Flower Farm for 90 minutes of cozy Christmas magic. Curl up on our green velvet couch, sip hot chocolate, enjoy Christmas music on our REAL record player, and make memories surrounded by twinkling Christmas trees. Take family photos, share some laughs, and create a holiday tradition you'll treasure! **WHAT'S INCLUDED:** - 90-minute private Snow Globe rental - Festive hot chocolate station - Heated interior and electric fireplace - Green velvet couch and cozy Christmas decorations - Real record player with Christmas music - Self-guided family photo opportunities - Optional charcuterie available for an additional fee with advance ordering **CAPACITY:** The igloo comfortably accommodates 6–8 people inside at one time. Larger families are welcome to reserve, but everyone may not fit comfortably inside together. Larger group photos may need to be taken outside, in front of the igloo. **IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:** - Please book the correct rental experience. - Your 90 minutes includes arrival, photos, enjoyment, cleanup, and departure. Please exit promptly, as another reservation may follow yours. - **NO PETS ALLOWED.** Service animals permitted as required by law. - Children must be supervised. - Payment in FULL is required at booking. - ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE except when Russell Flower Farm cancels due to unsafe weather, in which case a full refund will be issued. - No refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, or unused time. - Artificial snowfall is weather-dependent and not guaranteed. - Please respect the furniture, decorations, and property. *More than a photo opportunity. ❄️ The Christmas Snow Globe Cancellation & Refund Policy Russell Flower Farm | Elkin, NC PAYMENT & RESERVATIONS Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All reservations are final. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All bookings are NONREFUNDABLE, including cancellations due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, changes in plans, late arrivals, or no-shows. We do not offer refunds for unused reservation time. Please arrive promptly and respect your scheduled booking, as another guest may have a reservation immediately following yours. WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS Your safety is important to us! If inclement weather creates unsafe conditions, Russell Flower Farm reserves the right to cancel your reservation. If Russell Flower Farm cancels your booking due to unsafe weather, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation payment. Weather-related refunds are only available when Russell Flower Farm determines that conditions prevent us from safely hosting your experience. Guest-initiated cancellations due to weather concerns are not automatically eligible for refunds. ARTIFICIAL SNOWFALL Artificial snowfall is dependent on weather and operating conditions and is not guaranteed during your reservation. The absence of artificial snowfall does not qualify for a refund. BY COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and refund policy.
