The Bloom & Gather Cart is a unique mobile flower experience that brings the beauty of fresh flowers directly to your event. Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, tea parties, corporate gatherings, customer appreciation events, church events, and special celebrations, guests will enjoy creating their own hand-tied bouquet to take home and enjoy.
Each rental includes a four-hour Bloom & Gather Cart experience. Russell Flower Farm will deliver and fully set up the Bloom & Gather Cart up to one hour prior to your event start time, allowing everything to be ready when your guests arrive.
Base Rental includes bouquets for up to 10 guest. You may add on guest at the end of your reservation!

Guests will create their bouquets using the flower recipe displayed on our signature chalkboard. The recipe guides guests through selecting focal flowers, secondary flowers, fillers, and greenery to create a balanced and beautiful bouquet.
To ensure an stress-free experience, a designated cleanup station is included with every rental. Guests can dispose of leaves and stem trimmings in the waste container while preparing their bouquets. Each finished bouquet is placed into a Live Transfer Kit containing a compostable hydration pad and travel bag to help keep flowers fresh while traveling home.
The Bloom & Gather Cart is more than a flower bar—it's an interactive experience that creates beautiful memories, stunning photographs, and a bouquet for every guest to enjoy long after the celebration ends.
How to Book:
Step 1: Choose Your Guest Count
The base price includes up to 10 people. Add $10 per person for each additional guest.
Step 2: Choose Your Flower Style
Select Traditional Flowers or Premium Flowers. Premium Flowers are an additional $3 per person.
Please make sure your Premium Flower quantity matches your total guest count.
Step 3: Select Your Date & Rental Start Time
Bloom Bar rentals are for 4 hours, and only one rental is available per day.
You are not required to start your bloom bar at 9am. The time is just a place holder for your reservation.
Once booked, we will work 1-on-1 with you to get the details of your event.
Step 4: Pay Your Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve your Bloom Bar. The remaining balance may be paid in person at delivery.

Booking & Payment:
A $200 Reservation Deposit is required to secure your event date. Event dates are not reserved until the reservation deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by Russell Flower Farm. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the Bloom & Gather Cart.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the reservation deposit. • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund of all payments made. • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund due to flower ordering, preparation, and scheduling commitments.
Weather Policy:
In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond Russell Flower Farm's control, clients may choose to: • Transfer their reservation to a future available date within 12 months • Receive a full refund if the event cannot reasonably be rescheduled.
