🎄 CAPACITY & GROUP SIZE

The igloo comfortably accommodates 6–8 people inside at one time. Larger groups are welcome, but indoor space is limited. Large group photos may need to be taken outside, in front of the Snow Globe. Safe occupancy amount must be respected.
 

❄️ BOOKING TERMS & POLICIES

CORRECT SESSION: Please select the package matching your intended use. Photo-only bookings do not include extended experiences.

TIMING: Your reserved time includes setup, photos, enjoyment, cleanup, and departure. All guests and belongings must be out by the scheduled end time. Another reservation may immediately follow yours.
 

NO PETS ALLOWED: Pets are not permitted anywhere on the farm. Service animals permitted as required by law.
 

PAYMENT: Payment in FULL is required when booking.
 

CANCELLATIONS: ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE. No refunds for personal cancellations, illness, schedule changes, late arrivals, no-shows, or unused time.
 

WEATHER: If Russell Flower Farm cancels due to unsafe weather, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation payment. Guest-initiated weather cancellations are not automatically refundable.
 

ARTIFICIAL SNOWFALL: Artificial snowfall is dependent on weather and operating conditions and is not guaranteed during your reservation. The absence of artificial snowfall does not qualify for a refund.

PROPERTY: Please supervise children and respect our furniture and decorations. No open flames, confetti, or moving decorations without permission. Remove all trash and belongings before leaving.
