How to Book:
Step 1: Choose Your Expected Attendance
The base rental includes up to 30 guests. Add $10 per person for each additional guest.
Step 2: Select Your Date & Rental Time
Farm Stand rentals require a minimum reservation of 3 hours. For the most enjoyable experience, we recommend evening rentals after 6:30 PM when temperatures are cooler. You may even catch a beautiful sunset beneath our charming Edison lights.
Step 3: Pay Your Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve your Farm Stand rental. The remaining balance may be paid prior to or at the time of your event.
Step 4: Confirm Your Details
One of our team members will contact you to confirm your reservation details. During this conversation, we can also discuss optional add-ons such as a bouquet-making class, Bloom Bar experience, floral décor, or other enhancements to make your event even more memorable.

Cancellation Policy:
Photography session availability is limited and reserved specifically for your booking. More Than 14 Days Prior to Reservation: Full refund 7–13 Days Prior to Reservation: 50% refund Less Than 7 Days Prior to Reservation: No refund Reservations may be transferred to another available date within the same season when scheduling permits. If Russell Flower Farm cancels due to severe weather or unsafe field conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Russell Flower Farm is a working flower farm. Please help us preserve its beauty for future guests. Please Do ✔ Stay on designated paths and photography areas ✔ Respect flowers, crops, décor, and installations ✔ Supervise children at all times ✔ Leave the farm as beautiful as you found it ✔ Have fun and create beautiful memories Please Don't ✘ Pick flowers unless specifically permitted ✘ Enter growing areas not designated for guests ✘ Move props, décor, installations, or farm equipment ✘ Bring pets or animals onto the property ✘ Leave trash behind ✘ Climb on structures, fences, flower beds, or farm equipment Remember: Take only photographs. Leave only footprints. Preferably not in the flower beds.
Photographer Responsibility:
Photographers are responsible for their clients, assistants, models, and participants while on the property. Russell Flower Farm is not responsible for: - Injuries to photographers, clients, or participants - Damaged or lost equipment - Personal property loss - Client-related incidents, disputes, or claims - Weather conditions, lighting conditions, or photography outcomes Professional photographers are strongly encouraged to carry their own liability insurance coverage. We provide the flowers. You provide the magic.
Agritourism Liability Notice:
Russell Flower Farm is a working agricultural operation and agritourism venue. WARNING Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and natural conditions, as well as the potential for participants to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to injury or death. By entering Russell Flower Farm, all participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with visiting a working farm and agree to comply with all farm rules and instructions provided by farm staff.
